Strange Audi?

My ur-quattro has 140k and the original grey leather interior - it's excellent.
 
I wound up our dear chairman by complimenting him on the UK Club's 
thoughfulness in providing its members with colour-matched keyfobs.  You've 
doubtless guessed - the "UK Audi quattro Owners Club" keyfob is _exactly_ the 
same colour as my leather interior.
 
Now then - the side squab on the driver's seat is starting to crumble 
intermally, depositing plastic foam crumb under the seat and becoming mis-
shapen.  Has anyone re-upholstered one of these leather seats?
