Sadly the Intercooler thing is not a backyard
but more a 2 day shop thing.

Well anyway,No gradon I've never done any
IC modes like that. The thing that really
stinks about the OEM IC is the design of the
tanks,Mine is trianglular Kinda,
The core it self isn't but the end tanks are,
It goes from being 8in at it's smallest to
13in. and the "end" tanks are on top and
bottem.
The real sience was matching the InterC.
with the Turbo with the cam with the porting!
That was the hardest part.Aside from those
wonderful Audi sneaky voltage drops and
window switchs........ect.
Somebody asked about the blowoff valve.
Here it is:Greddy Competion$269+flanging
and piping.
The blowoff valve serves 2 perposes
1-keeps pressure out of the pipes during
shifts.
2-keeps the turbo freewheeling
The reason it's not routed back into the
system is,Who wants Hot air back and the kjet
really sucks!
Besides The sound is really cool!!!shhhhh....
This feels kinda weird,I'm not yelling or even
in defence!!!

I got that kjet down to a science but theirs 2 settings
track/street did you bother figuring it out or just foward
engineered?
