A/C not too cold

Does anyone out there with a '92-up 100 have A/C that is real cold? My A/C
takes forever to cool down at all, and when it does, it is not very cold at
all. According to the Audi service records, the previous owner had the A/C
serviced at 49k (just under warranty). I believe the condenser was replaced
at this time. My car now has 63k on it and I bought it last fall. This week
was the first time I really used my A/C. Does this sound like a problem with
the condenser, or just the need for a refrigerant recharge? Thanks for any
