As I remember, this is the product that uses special metal formulations to
coat and improve the slickness of cylinder walls.  Unlike PTFE
formulations, it has excellent characteristics for heavy engine
applications, too....whcih is why it diappeared during Desert Storm...the
entire production capacity was "acquired" for the war effort.

A friend in Hoston who used to have a releationship with the marketing of
the product put it in a Pontiac 6000STE and ran the car for something like
260,000 miles without any engine problems and had a marked improvement in
gas mileage when he added it at about 65,000 miles.

All with the caveat "if my memory serves me correctly".  I was unsuccessful
at acquiring some of the stuff at that time, courtesy of the military
action.
