I found out if you tighten/loosen the zerk fitting a little it rotates to
the point where you can get a grease gun to fit.

This fitting has been on every Audi I've ever owned, from 1984 to 1991
models.  I use Mobil 1 synthetic grease (the red stuff)........SLM
