Coupla CQ issues

Hi Ramana,

1. Is this the infamous seatbelt rubbing on the plastic trim sqeak?

2. If you are still using the old pins check the condition of the
contact esp. the common (brown wire).  On my 4kcsq, the brown wire
contact was making connection on one side only.  This raised contact
resistance so much the heat was turning the connector housing from ivory
to brown/black.  If the contact itself is not shiny silver, you might
take some 600 grit sandpaper and run between the contacts.  Then with
needle nose pliers, carefully re-bend the contact so that it will mate
firmly with the bulb contact.

I've notice that audi headlight wiring is underspec'd-looks like 18 ga.
wires.  Even Hyundais I've seen in the boneyard use much heavier duty
wire and contacts.
