'87 mechanical spedo cable

The same thing happened to my 4kcsq and the best thing I could think of
was sticky silver duct tape.  Cut off a strip and wound it both the
cable and the twistlock, making sure there was plenty on both.  The tape
allows you to twist the lock 90d to engage the speedo.  Works for me :)
