Sounds like the Toora wheels that have a coupling bolted to the hub and
then a center lock which bolts the wheel on. For this system, and maybe
for the BBS system, I think that the couplings determine the offset that
you want while all of the wheels manufactured have the same offsets and
backspacings, etc...
