Best car for fast city driving - depends on the city.

New York - Turbocharged Brinks Truck

LA - big van, blacked out windows

Chicago  - probably humvee

Miami - pink 1959 Caddy convertible

East St. Louis - M60A1 tank

But my own preference is my not-very-fast 86 5Ks.
