Ditto. I'm still not sure if Phil is actually serious about this, 'cos 
although I dont know exactly where he lives, from the areas that he mentions 
it has got to be about a 400 mile round trip to my location.

Thanks for the offer Phil, but I really can't ask you to to this. I've got 
secondary transport and I was intending to take my time over this job, (like 
over the next week) as prior commitments to my daughter are of an even higher 
priority than fixing the quattro.

However, if I get in trouble there will definitly be an SOS winging its way to 
the list.

BTW, any idea where I can get one of those 12 point tools?
