I'm not a copmplete barbarian - I even have friends in Sheffield.

My principle interest was in seeing if I could reproduce Martin's trick.

Both "Laser" and "Draper" do a twin pack of the two 12-point (triple square) 
tools.  They're always labelled for "VW", though.  The pack contains a 1/2" 
square drive socket with an external retaining clip and two 10mm driver bits.  
Almost any car accessory shop.
