   Well,  I have verified the fuel pump relay.  I located the red relay with
the
 p/n 431 951 253H  with the car running, I pulled it.  It kept happily
idling.  This brings another question to mind,  if the pump is hard wired,
 why doesn't it run during a stall?   The pump doesn't come on when I turn on
the key, and it doesn't run after a stall.  
    I took the rosary into the car with me and all of a sudden it clouded
over and my rosary started to burn me hand...
