Not without expensive surgery... I've been told it doesn't fit between the
fenders of the B3, and doesn't align with the front end. The least of your
problems would be that the B3 headlights are smaller than the B4 items and
would protrude under the hood, which would look stupid. Changing the
headlights means changing the turn signals for B4 items, which in turn
wouldn't fit the front fenders.
So, this entails: new hood, new catch mechanism and associated behind-grill
panelwork, new headlights and turn signals, new fenders. Oh, and I'm not
sure if the B4 hood will clear the B3 front bumper.
