My drivers side window started making noises like there was "sand" in the mechanism a few days ago.  I hadn't looked at it recently but tonight it deicided to stop working altogether.  It made a lot of noise on the way down, and had to be forced up.  The car is an '87 5kCSTQ.  Ideas?
