He did, but whether he still does ...

The guy who's trying to get GBP11250 (Plymouth - see the newsletter) has
decided that Roger's offer of GBP9000 is adequate.  In the meantime,
however, Roger has gone off the idea of a pearl white because of the
difficulty of keeping it in condition if it's driven daily.
