Tandem pump

Not actually what it says.  The microfiche says that the inlet side of a
_NEW_ pump should be filled with hydraulic oil and then turned by hand
until oil flows out of the outlet side.  This seems to be a kind of
priming or lubrication exercise, not bleeding.
