Easy enough to do, but how many listers have access to 
a newsreader, compared to those who only have email?
Some listers still do not have web access.

Of course, we could have a list, and also a mail-to-news
gateway that is bidirectional.  Still, I think that with
regular updating and separate lists, we could acheive the
same purpose.
