Search the archives for procedures on cleaning window switch contacts.
It's very typical for them to be out. The square window switch is the
child safety switch. Up is rear windows off. BTW you also should have
little levers on the latches of the rear doors to disable the inside
door handle for child safety. Bentleys are the "factory" manuals.
