Yeah, well, I'm a big fan of fitting new stainless steel wherever I can...

How about the phrase "use new ~" or the negative version "discard old ~"?

Why would you not "use new" nuts and bolts at a dollar or three when replacing (there
we go again) some $300 assembly as a general principle anyway?  Coz you can't find
them, I suppose.  That's also a reason for not "re-using" the original ones.  Hmmm.
Think I'd better finish that cup of Fred, I mean joe, before typing any more...
