'98 Passat makes an appearance

 It went right by me in the other direction. I was in Medfield, MA, the plates
did not have a dealer sticker on them. So that's it, they're on the road and
they're in private hands. Real life impression? Plain-Jane front fascia, nice
proportions (though a touch tall), and black is just not it's color. Overall, I
just don't think the Passat has the same tension, or hunkered-down sporty look,
as the A4, it really came across (in those few seconds) as the
"hot-chick's-plain-cousin"  <-- how's that for pc?
