Mine works fine, but it didn't when I bought the car, I had to buy a new
switch at vast expence - 67 quid if I remeber correctly.

On another matter completly, I had a "track day" at Cadwell on Monday
using the club circuit. This was all paid for by the nice people at
Hartwell Ford - so guess what make of car you had to drive around the track.
Basically they had every Ford in the range there (including the Courier
and Transit) and you basically jumped in any vehicle you liked and took
it for two laps around the track.

They "imposed" a 70mph limit to stop you racing, but I think I managed about
110/120ish down the back straight in one of them V6 Probes things.

But the vehicle which impressed me the most was a Ford Maverick, (a
rebadged Nissan Terano). I expected it to be all over the track, but it
was really solid.

I must give some of the guys credit though, as soon as I told them (after
they asked what I drove) I drove a Quattro, they stopeed trying to sell
me any of the cars :-)
