Re: Differential lock...in theory



When the diff. is actually locked, a switch (on the differential housing)
should close and light the light.  Sounds like maybe the switch on #1 is bad
and OK on #2.  Find the switch on both cars and compare readings with the
diffs locked/unlocked.  In either case you should definitely be able to tell
by driving whether the differential is locked on dry pavement.
