I laid a tiny weld bead on the cap along the axis of the housing. Clamp
the housing in a vise, and use a punch and hammer against the bead to
remove the cap. After about 1/4 turn the cap becomes free running and
spins off by hand. This is for a 4kq; dunno if it applies to 2069 use.
