For the 4000 quattro and QTC: BMW part # 26  12  1  209  532 is the
drivesaft carrier bearing that works. BTDT.  This is the complete carrier
with rubber, bearing and bracket. No Idea if it will fit the 20v coupe q.

I also heard; unconfirmed, that a certain Alfa bearing will work.  Know no
details on this one.
