Check if the flywheel was resurfaced and the pressure plate resurfaced or
replaced with a new one. You can get chatter if only the friction (clutch)
plate
is renewed and the mating surfaces on the flywheel and pressure platre left
with the scores from the old plate. A worn out pilot bearing could also cause
chatter.
