getting warmer
By using other cars as guinea pigs, I have narrowed down the problem in the
4ksq I'm looking at (see "starts then dies"). I beleive that the part that
is not functioning is an electronically controlled valve on the side of the
fuel distributor. It is a small plastic (tan color) box held on by two
screws and it has two wires going in to it. I was not able to detect any
voltage at it's connector (looking on a 10vdc scale), so I'm not sure
whether the part is defective or what ever is controlling it. So my question
is: what it this thing? Is it cheap or expensive? What type of electric
signal should it be receiving? Thanks in advance.
