A/C programmer motor assembly

No!  Not *another* a/c post!  ;)

After pulling apart the little black box, I discovered the problem with my
programmer was the motor and not the solenoids.  I grabbed a used box from
a boneyard, and pulled the motor open to make sure it didn't suffer the
same malady.  Unfortunately it didn't occur to me to mark it in any way
before pulling it apart, so I believe the plastic arm mounted to the motor,
the one that moves the cable, is not "aimed" right.  Does anyone have a
procedure for this?
