Single pass IC

So who has done it?

I know there are a few BTDTs on this one.   On a very rare for me trip to
the junkyard I got a couple of used ICs.  And the thought was to make
them single pass.  So I have four tanks to ruin, uh I mean modify.

I've pulled of the end tanks and I can see how I would do part of it but
I'm curious how some of you may have dealt with the plastic.

I will need to add a tube to the now un-tubed tank to make it the inlet.
And I'll need to block off what is now the inlet.

So did you use the made for plastic epoxy?  Plastic weld?  Looking for
advice and BTDTs.

I figure the outlet for the turbo will run across and under the IC and
then up into it.

So can anyone share some ideas and experience here?
