Additionally if you are in Massachusetts the commonwealth has a
very strong lemon law. It's been a while since I studied it (Thank you
very much Brookline VW & Audi) but it was along the lines of if your car
goes into the dealers shop for the same problem 3x after 90 days of
receipt and or the car is in the dealers shop for a total of 11-15
business days you are entitled to a full refund less miles driven.
As others have stated use this as a positive opportunity to get
the car fixed correctly and use this miserable experience to your
advantage.
