warmup regulator - '86 4ks

Hi all,

Ok, I may have been pretty spaced out yesterday, so go ahead and beat
me up a little for being stupid, but be gentle:  Despite having both
the Haynes and Bentley, I'm not even sure I know where the warm-up
regulator is.  I found a bunch of other stuff (diff-press-reg, cold
start valve, the coldstart sensor and heater, and _maybe_ the extra
air (can't remember the real name) control, but I'm somehow missing
the warmup regulator.  The patient is an 86 4ks.  Tips for the blind?
