1.3 bar is the maximum, one could get out of a stock unchipped '89 200TQ.
As you rightfully noted, the performance of said car in OEM form does not 
inspire to wright home about it.

Chip her up, fellas! Especially if it's an early '89 w/one knock sensor and a 
large K26 turbo. Then proceed to blowing doors off assorted 
sport-sedan-wanna-bees, while taking them on the outside track in the rain.
