Window lockout switch wont stay down

This is kinda strange.  in my 85 4kQ, the rear window lockout switch wont 
stay down.  There seems to no longer be the stop that holds it in the 
contact position.  so now whenever someone sits in the back, i have to 
hold down the switch.  And i cant lower the right rear window from the 
front and am starting to have problems with the other rear too...

anyone have some info?
