Help w/ 4000 csq for sale

Hello all, now that I am the proud owner of a S4, I am selling my 4000 csq
to a friend of mine and wanted some help determining a fair price. I have no
qualms about selling this particular vehicle as it has been a great car!
Here are the specs:

1987 4000 CS quattro (build date 2/87)
57,000 miles, this is documented as I have all records dating back to
5/18/88
White on Black Quattro Cloth interior, heated seats and trip computer

The body was damaged in a hail storm several months back and the body shop
estimate was $2,500.00 worth of damage. The paint itself is in very good
condition, with no oxidation.

Bridgestone RE71's 195 60 14, summer
Gislaved studded Nordfrost, winter

Ungo box 6400 alarm system with remote operation of door & trunk locks.

Twin bulb European headlight assemblies (H4 & H1), PIAA 90 Pro driving / fog
lights mounted in bumper (very slick), relays, fuses and harnesses, hard
wired to alternator. (For Phil & Igor: 700 watts with high-beams and driving
lamps on, fun!) All bulbs in rear have been upgraded, hella halogen reverse
bulbs, etc.

Stereo: Sony Mobile ES CD head unit, mobile ES 6 disc changer in glovebox,
MB quart 4 in. fronts, MB Quart 5.25 in. rears, Obcon band pass enclosure in
trunk, w/ USD 10 in. driver. Hifonics Series VI amplifiers 140 watt Europa
running MBQ's, 100 watt Vulcan running woofer (this amp is driving a single
4 ohm load so it actually puts out more than 100 watts). System is smooth
and powerful. Interstate megatron battery (larger than stock, I think
MT-41).

4 Lloyds floor mats & 4 weather tech floor mats. Armador plates and handle
protectors (keeps finger nail scratches from paint behind handle).

In addition to all regular maintenance: I have replaced brake pressure
regulator, F brake discs, fuel pump, and rear exhaust.

I am selling it to a friend of mine so I would like to find a fair price.
I'm thinking US $ 4,000. At first I thought this might be too low, but it
does kind of look like a golf ball after the hail storm. Any thoughts?

                         Thanks,
                         Frank Amoroso
