A4 avant sighting

On a weekend trip to Rochester MN I spotted my first A4 Avant 2.8 (non-Q)
in a dealer's lot. Much more impressive in person than in photos...very
well proportioned and sleek (especially in black). Very efficient use of
interior space on a not very big car.  Any news on an S4 Avant being
avaliable in the States? That might just be my new ultimate Q.
Down side to the weekend: some moron backed into the right front fender of
my 4kcsq in a hotel parking lot. Didn't leave name but a witness left a
note with licence number.
