90/100 V6 Performance?

Can someone point me at some performance figures for the V6 models of
the 90 and 100 Quattros, please?

I'm particularly interested in seeing how the 100Q compares to the 90Q
(same engine, right)? And then how the 100Q wagon compares to the sedan.

And once I've seen these numbers, and am quite disappointed with them,
what can I do to enhance them, without maxing out the home equity
line? ;-)
