I can report from first-hand experience that the 2-piece works GREAT!
Just setting it side-by-side with the stock 1-piece is an eye opener port
size and flow-wise.

I have it on the 85 ur-q with the KUQEFH and it was worth the expense
and modification required to fit it. No signs of problems at about 10,000
miles now including a very nice day-long flogging on the road course at NHIS.
