a Joe, At the least, the caliper will have to be removed 
and at least  one piston removed so that if you have to drill out the
remaining valve, (likely)., you'll be able to flush out the shavings so
they don't create havoc after reassembly. I doubt any machine or brake shop
wants the liability to fuss with it. Not a difficult job if you center the
drill well and dont wind up with a botched hole to tap.
In that case you will need a new or rebuilt caliper. Good luck.  Mike
