Brake bleed screw/UFO calipers.

I think the US brand name is "EasyOut" or some such. Yanks tend to pronounce
"Z" as 'zee', so it might be "E-Z-Out" or some abberation like that.
It's a good idea to pull the screw from the other caliper so that you know the
dimensions of what you're dealing with. I also like to run a small drill right
in, then a larger one not quite as far, and then an even larger one just at the
top. This creates a stepped hole with several edges for the extractor to grip.
Unfortunately, on a small brass screw it's best done on a bench.
