VW Motor Sports has found "Raceware Head Fastners" to be the "cure-all" for
many problems(weeping head gskt too!) associated with the OEM
"stretch-bolts".
(The Raceware's have been "Officially Endorsed" by VWMS!)

Granted, the "stretch-bolts" are fine for most, but VW & Audi are aware of
the
designs short comings!

Audi also has several different "styles" of head gasket, depending on the
original manufacturer.   Some are black, brown, blue and red!

Depending on the parts source, here in the US, often you get "older" head
gaskets.
You need to find a source who carry the "newer" type gasket!

You'd be amazed at the difference!
