European headlight for V8 Quattro

Looking at the web (http://www.audiquattroparts.com/lights.htm) there seems
to be a kit availavble for $399..

This doesn't sound to bad but when I spoke to someone there they said some
wiring may be required and I asked what wiring and it went downhill from
that point. Has anyone done the conversion on a V8 or a 200? and what was the
wiring required?
