A4/A6 grande merci

To all the listers that gave impressions 'bout their A4/A6
experiences,   Thanks for the info.  As suspected
the A4 garners most of the accolades and a good deal
of criticism for niggling little problems

To the lister that mentioned the USA A6 only
comes with  Tiptronic . . .  I really didn't need that
reminder.  If it came with a stick, I'll bet ya Rose (Phil)
would be at the head of the line to order one, provided
I didn't beat him there.

Any how, thanks again to all.  I'm now convinced
that I still don't know what to get.
