	You are right that some people do come in and waste your time, 
but the salesman that Bruce encountered was obviously a pompous, ignorant 
dweeb that knows alot less about his product than Bruce.   I doubt you 
are like that because you obviously take your job seriously.   I'd 
certainly rather buy my next car from you than the sales dweeb that Bruce 
encountered.
