I volunteered to go with a friend of mine to comparison shop between two
makes of SUV's.(I know, I know... I gave her all the anti-SUV stuff I
could find. Didn't help.) Anyway, she practically get's mugged every
time she goes on a dealer lot. I don't have that problem. I think
because I'm pretty tall, or maybe because when they ask if I need any
help I'll send them off to get brochures, or simply say "Just browsing,
could you leave us alone." Or, maybe it's the shotgun I'm carrying. :)
Anyway, there are salesmen that know their product and can be helpful,
but there are plenty that aren't and don't.
