Radiator Fan (87 4kq)

Okay, so I went to the AutoBarn in Evanston, IL to take a browse of some
cars JUST FOR FUN....

A4 1.8TQ, and a Peugeot 405MI16.  I didn't even drive either of them...
.just wanted to get an idea of how much $$$ we were talking.

Since then, mind you this was about 3 hours ago, my radiator fan will
*not* turn off while I'm driving.  Start the car, things are quiet.  One
minute later, fan comes on and stays on.

On an unrelated note, while I was thinking about this car barn visit last
week, my power locks died on me.

Audi Gods are vengeful....

Any hints?
