What is this car?

That's exactly what it is: Dec. 1993 issue, p.86-87.  The car was owned by
Dave Anderson of Autobahn Designs and was an '87 5ktq with Treser bumper
covers and side panels (it doesn't have the 3-piece spoiler trunk lid
spoiler or the fender flares that were installed on all of the *real* Treser
cars that were imported) but it DOES have 8x17 ATS Type 10 wheels
w/215/40-17 Dunlop D40s.  They used a 35mm offset on the wheels and rolled
the rear fender lips so the tires didn't rub...
