You'd be just as well to spend some money with the National Motorists
Association and rent their legal defense kit. Only way to combat this
type of thing is to clog up the courts with it. 
I've made two attempts so far against the PA State Police, neither one
in my favor. One, in fact, was lost by the officer blatantly lying and
making "corrections" to his citation before the trial ever began. I am
rapidly becoming an expert though, and the State Troopers are not the
ones to fight in this state.
Even if you lose, there is some satisfaction in wasting everyone's time.
My own time isn't that expensive, as I schedule my own workload, so your
life may vary.
Many, many others have successfully gotten out of otherwise impossible
tickets armed only with knowledge. I'd suggest looking into it.
