Not just car deals. Look at the teenager in VT who was killed and his mother
severly injured when a mail bomb that was sent to him from a CB radio person
over a deal that was made over the internet exploded upon opening.

Obviosly this is the extreme.I've been in the car business for 38 years now
and still do business on a hand shake. I have to tell you that the sort of
unscrupulous behavior actually happens far less often than one would think. I
can really think of only one or two instances where I actually got taken or
stolen from in actual fact. I really feel that the majority of complaints are
a result of a misunderstading. Remember people tend to hear what they want to
hear ie: "How much do you want for your car?"  Oh, between 7000 and 7500.
"You said you wanted 7000 for your car will you take 6500?"
