Slightly off-topic, but the kid who got killed was reputedly
a crook who sold bad or incorrect CB radios over the
internet, specifically in the CB newsgroup.
I'm not saying he deserved his fate, but the attack was not
unprovoked.

The guy who bombed him was a truck driver who also had
threatened him in the newsgroup.  Not all that bright
apparently.
