Re: mobil 1

I've used Mobil 1 in my 91 200q for about 2 yrs now. I do not know what was
used for the cars first 72k of life. I have absolutely no oil leaks. I live
in the Seattle area and go to Montana in both the summer and winter. I use
15w50 year round. Why change? Mobil 1 flows to something like -70 F. The oil
pressure rises at the same rate when cold whether it's 5F or 80F outside. I
almost never see my oil temp above 100C - not even with the oat at 95F and
the speed averaging around 100.
I would expect that you would be running more than 90% Mobil 1 after your
first oil change.
