Outlet port in IC?

Hi gang, its brainstorming time!

Any BTDTs to put a 3/4" outlet fitting on my Intercooler?  I can see sort
of a flat, round plate between the upper and lower hose fitting, but
there's no actual outlet :-(   I want to install the turbo bypass valve,
and getting the fittings installed seems to be the major obstruction
(forget the SAMCO tapped hose, I'm positive it can be correctly done at
<1/2 the price).
